
About Sarah Gardiner
Sarah received a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in children/adolescents from the University or Windsor in 2019, a Master of Arts in Experimental Psychology from Carleton University in 2017, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from Carleton University in 2015.
Sarah provides Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for children, adolescents, and young adults who are experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including, but not limited to: Bipolar Disorder, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive-compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety, depression, behavioural challenges, aggression/anger, and emotional regulation. Additionally, Sarah offers comprehensive psychoeducational assessments in areas of learning, behaviour, and social/emotional needs.
